Return and exchange methods

Eugenics is committed to making the returns process simple for you. If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, we will gladly accept and approve your return (subject to the terms and conditions below) for most new, unused products within 14 days of receipt.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. You must package and ship the product you wish to return within 7 days of the return approval date. Please note that our policy only applies to all new, unused and unworn products in their original packaging and original tags. We will not accept returns, issue credits or refunds on used, unlabeled products. Also please note that the shipping fee you originally paid for your order will not be refunded.

How to return a product
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Return requests older than 14 days will be rejected. Eugenics reserves the right to reject any unreasonable return request and any return not received within a reasonable time frame.
Please submit your return request to us via the ticketing system here. When submitting a return request, please fill in your order number and reason for return. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for us to approve your return. If you have not received an approved email within 5 business days, please check your spam folder.
Our Eugenics returns team will approve your return and provide you with return instructions via email. Please package the returned items in their original condition. The items must be unused and unstained, must have all original labels attached, and must be packed in the original packaging.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs incurred when returning an item due to a change of mind. We recommend that you use a service with a tracking number to help us locate your package. If you have the tracking number for your package, please let our Eugenics Returns team know. If the item is damaged or incorrect, Eugenics will cover return shipping costs. In order for us to refund you, you must return the item by regular or registered airmail. We will not reimburse the cost of courier or express delivery services. When you notify us of a return, you must also send us a photo of the invoice for the shipping fee so we can verify the cost.
Items to be returned must be packed and shipped within 7 business days of approval of the return by our Eugenics Returns team. If you do not send your return package and provide us with a tracking number within this time frame, we will treat your return request as canceled.
Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund in the form of a credit or send you a replacement item, at your request. If a replacement item is out of stock, we will refund you a credit equal to the value of the item. You will receive a confirmation email after we issue the credit.
Return damaged or incorrect merchandise
If the claim is confirmed to be legitimate and the damaged or incorrect merchandise is returned by regular airmail or registered airmail, Eugenics will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping charges will be refunded as a credit within 20 business days of receipt of return. If you use other shipping methods, you will not be compensated for shipping costs.

If you return damaged or incorrect merchandise, Eugenics will provide a replacement product instead of a refund. If a replacement item is out of stock, we will refund you a credit equal to the value of the item.
Disclaimer
Regarding return requests involving lipstick color differences: Please note that color may vary due to lighting or screen settings during the shoot. Only returns involving significant color differences will be accepted and approved and will be handled by our Eugenics Returns Team Decide. Only then will we accept and approve return requests.

Once we receive your returned package, it can take up to 20 working days to process the return and send your new requested item. If we are unable to meet your request and are out of stock, we will refund you a credit equal to the value of the goods.
Returns for change of mind
You will be responsible for return shipping costs if you return an item if you change your mind. We recommend that you use a service with a tracking number to help us locate your package.
Returns should be packed and shipped within 7 business days of receipt of return approval date.
Refunds for returns due to change of mind will be issued as a credit. We will arrange a refund (credit) when our Eugenics returns team receives the returned item and confirms it is in acceptable condition.
Terms and Conditions
All returns must be sent to our designated returns center; we may deny or ignore unapproved return requests.
Returned merchandise must be unstained, must have all original tags attached, and must be packaged in its original packaging. We may refuse or disregard incomplete returns.
Eugenics will typically reship replacement merchandise using standard shipping methods. Regardless of the original shipping method used for an order, Eugenics reserves the right to determine which shipping method will be used to reship replacement merchandise.
We do not offer refunds or returns if allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions occur due to products we sell.
Eugenics is not responsible for merchandise lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return by registered airmail to ensure it reaches our designated location.
To prevent delays in processing your return, your name, order number, and return approval number must be printed on or inside the return package.
We will not refund credit discounts and shipping charges to customers for the original shipment of the item.
Items purchased from other retailers, distributors or resellers other than directly from Eugenics are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
Eugenics reserves the right to deny returns and cancellation requests and to terminate accounts suspected of excessive returns, return fraud, or after-use returns.
Eugenics reserves the right to refuse unreasonable return requests.
Eugenics reserves the right to change our return policy and/or deny any request for an exchange for any reason without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Eugenics reserves the right to make the final decision.
